This custom renovation was executed with precision—layering textured materials, moody palettes, and eclectic art to create a space that feels collected over time. The transformation included exterior upgrades, a lush courtyard, a ground-floor lounge, back-of-house improvements, three levels of guest rooms, and a rooftop oasis with sweeping views of Los Angeles.
